Hailing from the agricultural town of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Narayana is a post graduate gold medalist in Mathematics and has a Ph.D in Statistics from S.V University, Tirupati. His humble beginnings as a coaching teacher in mathematics reflects his passion to education and helping young students succeed. His dedication and persistence with the occupation led to the conception of Narayana Schools, Colleges and Hospitals. Today, they stand as some of the most preferred schooling and training destinations across the country.
Currently, our founder served as the Cabinet Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Urban Water Supply and Urban Planning in the newly formed state of Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Narayana combines his intellectual prowess as an entrepreneur and integrity as a public servant to the best of his abilities and worked for building a technologically driven and environmentally sustainable capital city for the people of Andhra Pradesh. His remarkable journey has been an inspiration to many in the education industry and beyond.

Dr. Sindhura Narayana, also a gold medallist in MBBS, serves as the Director of Narayana Educational Institutions, where she has played a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of Narayana's products and facilitating their expansion from 3 states in 2011 to an impressive 23 states by 2023. Since assuming her role in 2011, Dr. Sindhura has been at the forefront of Narayana's mission to provide top-tier education nationwide, with a specific emphasis on empowering female students. Through her unwavering dedication, she has successfully empowered over 200,000 girls from 23 different states, helping them pursue their dreams and surmount societal barriers to progress.
Sharani Ponguru, Director of the Narayana Group, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from New Castle University in the United Kingdom. Her strong business acumen has been instrumental in guiding The Narayana Group towards achieving excellence in academics in recent years. She has received esteemed accolades, including the TV5 Business Leader Award in 2017 for her contributions to the field of education, making her an inspiration in India's education sector. Additionally, on International Women's Day, Sharani Ponguru was honored by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for her outstanding work in the realm of education.
